The modernization of agriculture plays a pivotal role in ensuring food security and sustainable development. Modern technologies, especially intelligent sensing and data-driven decision-making, are key to achieving these goals. They offer solutions for efficient resource management, yield optimization, and climate resilience in farming practices. 

The recent frontier technologies for industries, applications of electronics, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, unmanned systems, computational intelligence have led to an era where intelligence sensing and smart equipment making agricultural practices have become more efficient and sustainable. As a result, these technologies contribute to optimizing climate-smart agricultural productivity, improving environmental health, and managing natural resources effectively.
