Theme:
Studying the impact of Electric Vehicle (EV) in LV/MV distribution integration is of
paramount importance in the contemporary landscape of sustainable transportation and
energy systems. As the adoption of electric vehicles accelerates, understanding their
integration into existing power grids/distribution network becomes critical for ensuring a
seamless and efficient transition to a cleaner energy future. The significance lies in addressing
the intricate challenges posed by the simultaneous growth of EVs and the power grid,
including grid stability, load management, and the optimization of energy resources.
The aim of this special session is to bring together experts, researchers, and practitioners from
diverse backgrounds to discuss and analyse the impact of Electric Vehicle (EV) Grid Integration.
The session will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of
electric vehicles into the existing power grid, aiming to foster collaboration and knowledge
exchange in this rapidly evolving field.
